DRESS_040 is a black double layered asymmetrical cut dress by Pam & Gela. The bottom layer neckline is cut like a scoopneck racerback while the top layer has a cutout on the left side of the neckline. The bottom of the dress has ruching on both sides. 
*please note this dress fits very small, (it did not fit over the mannequin to photograph it)*
