a love letter to all my past selves:

 

although we may be strangers at this point in time, I too was a once a ghost - a future version of myself, waiting for the day it was my turn to take the lead knowing you would be the one to get us here. and although it feels like we no longer recognize each other, I know that all of you walk behind me like ghosts in the night guiding me to the next person I must become.

 

so needless to say, thank you. thank you for changing and growing and allowing life to shape us through the good and especially the bad.
